Influenced by her Gurus, teachers, philosophies, and travels, Himani aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each practice.
Growing up in India, she always felt attracted to seek and learn spirituality. But it wasn't until much later after moving to New York for college and career, that started her true journey in the eastern ancient teachings of her heritage. So after more than a decade of corporate and entrepreneurial life here in the west, she revisited her life’s purpose.
She returned back to her homeland, India, to study Yoga and find the meaning of her passion to touch lives and make a difference. Since then, she has helped her students with mental and physical health, spiritual growth and a strong sense of purpose.
Through intention, meditation and movement of breath & body her goal is to have her students leave each class refreshed and connected to their prana. She is deeply inspired by Tantra yoga, Kundalini Shaktism, Taoism, and Vedanta teachings, and brings these elements to her classes and retreats.
